Hello.

What to Expect:

I hope sessions with me are like sitting with a friend. A new, warm, curious, competent friend who asks a lot of questions and offers insights. The vibe is sacred, thoughtful and dynamic. Expect to feel challenged and cared for, while you:

- Understand your feelings and what they are telling you.

- Learn to communicate in a way that gets you heard.

- Gain clarity and make changes.

- Improve relationships with self and others.

- Have the life you want. (And/or) Love the life you have.

What to Expect from Couples Therapy:

Over the course of 3 months, we’ll meet weekly to help you and your partner build a deeper, more accurate understanding of each other. Along the way, individual sessions will be integrated as needed to support personal insight and growth.

Early sessions focus on identifying and gently dismantling the common blocks to connection—defensiveness, nervous system overwhelm, and distorted perceptions shaped by past experiences and false narratives. As these patterns begin to shift, real understanding can emerge. From that place of clarity, a path forward emerges.

I received my MA in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in San Francisco in 2012. I’m informed by attachment theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS or parts work), Relational life Therapy (RLT) and the work of Esther Perel, and Emily Nagoski (and many more!)
