I work with individuals, couples, and families who find themselves thinking, “It’s got to be better than this!” My specialty is helping people navigate the complicated, messy terrain of relationships, including ambivalence, infidelity, intimacy, sex, parenting, and restructuring family systems to better reflect the individuals in them. I listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and create a space where real insight and change can happen. Therapy with me is equal parts meaningful work and honest conversation, with a good does of lightheartedness and hope. We’re in it together and we will find the way forward.
